Patch 1.06 is now live and downloadable both from the Tiberium Wars website, and from the auto-updater that comes with the game. While a relatively minor patch compared to 1.05, 1.06 addresses the invincible unit exploit, and also changes the policy on disconnecting from games, as well as making some minor bug fixes.
