Briefing: It's only a matter of time before Yuri brings the Psychic Dominator on Alcatraz back on-line. Our only chance is to use Professor Einstien's Time Machine to send us back in time and stop Yuri before he can complete his world-wide network of Psychic Dominators.

Walkthrough: You start out with a base on the south side of the San Francisco Bay. You see the Psychic Dominator on Alcatraz Island. Before you get control you see a few harriers fly toward the island, both get shot down, but one falls on to the nuclear power plant and takes the Psychic Dominator off-line. Once battle control comes on-line immediately build three more engineers and a few more Guardian GI's and one more IFV. Leave your engineers by the barracks and move the Guardian GI's(GGI) near your Grand Cannons. Take your mirage tanks near the first set of power plants, they should have no problem with the initiates patrolling there. Then take two engineer IFV's and send them towards the power plants and capture them, then send the IFV's back and reload with two more engineers. Now move your mirage tanks west and take out a lasher tank and gattling gun guarding the last power plant. You can hit the gattling gun from the top of the hill, then take out the initiates station there and move in with your engineer IFV's and capture the last two power plants. During the mission there are frequent paradrops of initiates and a few lasher tanks, but nothing your pillboxes and Guardian GI's can't handle. Also, send all your mirage tanks and IFV's back to your base and guarding the south western most entrance(near the war factory). After you capture the last power plant a yuri engineer walks from the prison on Alcatraz to the nuclear powerplant and repairs it and the countdown begins on the Psychic Dominator, however the time machine activates before it gets too far. You warp back to the beginning of Red Alert 2, when the soviets are invading the U.S. Some things are different there are four apocalypse tanks near your Grand Cannons also there are several soviet naval units in San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate bridge is not broken. The soviet apocalypse's destroy the bridge and then goes against your GC's, but your cannons and GGI's should make short work of the apoc's. Then your GC turn their attention to any stray soviet naval units that wander into its range. Immediately send some of your your GGI's near the GC's to defend against a kirov that is incoming. Then from the south there is a small assault force consisting of rhino's, tesla tanks, and flack tracks. After that threat is stopped Tayna comes out of the Time Machine. Send here to eliminate any soviet dreadnoughts left and any sea scorpions in your path to the island. Take out the group of initiates and dogs and blow the barrels and take out the last initiate and destroy the Psychic Dominator to complete the mission.
