My enemy did very well to hold out for so long - after I had seemingly crippled him early on. I started in the top left - which I hate. It usually drives me to do horrible things such as engy rush. So I did.

I scouted to the ends of the immediate bridges, noting that my enemy had made no effort of his own to scout. This further strengthed my resolve to sneak an engineer in there. I went for flak, drone, flak, miner out of my war factory, and placed an engineer in the same flak as the drone.

I sent the loaded flak down the bottom, whilst sending the empty decoy one across the bridge to the middle island. He noticed this flak - obviously paying it some attention. I toyed around, pretending to hide it, while quickly bringing up the dangerous one from the back of his base.

I combined them both so as they arrived at the same time - he unwittingly moved his MCV, allowing my drone to jump straight in. My engineer captured a refinery which I quickly sold - fortunately for my opponent, it wasn't his only refinery.

He went for straight tanks, as did I - having to play catch up a little due to the expense of my engineer rush. I built a few dogs and then chased his grizzlies around my base for a few minutes - their speed rather infuriating me. After this, I decided to engineer him again - this time heading straight for his refinery. He saw this coming, but I managed to drive around the 2 tanks he sent with relative ease. I deployed the engineer on the doorstep - he quickly took it. My enemy was now without an income.

He could do only one thing - launch an all out assault with his tank force. I watched this with interest. I had blown the bottom bridge up, so he came across the middle island. I had spread out about 8 desolators and deployed them all near the entrance to the top bridge. They caused severe damage in the enemy ranks. Only 3 tanks, out of around 15-20, were left standing (and only just). My tanks quickly rolled them over, heading towards the enemy base before my opponent called it quits.
